Johannesburg based artist Jamie-Lee Sexton has revealed the video for her new single ‘It’s True’, which has already seen the like of Jacaranda FM and KFM snapping it up for playlisting. The track is a powerful pop song with soaring vocals, refreshing melodies, instrumental hooks, uplifting beats and a touch of 80’s revival.
Jamie-Lee explains the inspiration behind the video, “I wrote It’s True with the idea of having a date night with someone you like, love or have just met… And in our current climate, I thought this concept would be apt to use with our latest form of dating – Online Dating. The characters we chose are so beautiful and unique in their own way. I love each one’s story and how their personalities shine through. I hope you enjoy watching it, as much as I enjoyed making it “
