The New Avontuur Cellar Door Has Opened – Stellenbosch, South Africa. Avontuur Estate proudly announces the launch of its newly upgraded Cellar Door. Experience the thoughtfully redesigned space that offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere. This refreshed wine boutique blends contemporary style with seamless indoor–outdoor flow, creating a relaxed and memorable experience for every visitor. There is seating for up to 70 guests. The new tasting room is perfectly suited for leisurely wine discoveries and shared moments.
Set in an enviable location overlooking rolling vineyards and Table Mountain in the distance, Avontuur Cellar Door offers guests the perfect place to slow down and appreciate the estate’s natural beauty. Leafy vines hang overhead, creating a natural canopy that frames the scene, while beyond the patio, farmland and tall trees add a dreamy quality to the landscape.

Guests can explore Avontuur’s newly launched wine collections through a range of signature tastings. These include The Taberer Family Reserve (R150), The Avontuur Collection Tasting (R145 for 3 wines), and The Thoroughbred Collection (R145 for 4 wines). Each tasting is guided by Avontuur’s passionate and knowledgeable team. They are dedicated to sharing the estate’s stories, craftsmanship, and personality.
Nestled on the slopes of the Helderberg, Avontuur continues its proud legacy. Producing premium wines shaped by exceptional terroir. This, complemented by views stretching across False Bay and Table Mountain.
The Estate also offers luxurious accommodation at the newly renovated Avontuur Manor House. The Manor house features nine suites, multiple lounges, a pool, a pavilion, and expansive lawns. The Manor House and Barrel Cellar serve as sought-after venues for weddings, corporate functions, and private events. All coordination seen to by Warren-Stone Weddings & Events.
