LIGHTHOUSE & CTEMF Bring Moodymann to CPT – LIGHTHOUSE Festival and The Cape Town Electronic Music Festival (CTEMF) come together for the first time to deliver a next level day-to-night event at the DHL Stadium concourse in Green Point, Cape Town.

At the helm of this Festival? None other than Moodymann, the enigmatic Detroit house music pioneer, making his South African debut at this one-of-a-kind festival experience.

One of Detroit’s most influential and elusive artists, Moodymann (Kenny Dixon Jr.) is celebrated for his genre-defying fusion of deep house, soul, funk, and jazz. With a career spanning decades and releases on his own KDJ Records and Mahogani Music, as well as cult labels like Peacefrog and Planet-E. He’s known for crafting raw, emotive, and unapologetically original sounds.

This LIGHTHOUSE x CTEMF collaboration marks a bold new chapter in South Africa’s electronic music scene. LIGHTHOUSE known for curating immersive festival experiences in Austria, Croatia, and South Africa, has built its legacy on transforming unexpected spaces into unforgettable dancefloors.

Now, for the first time LIGHTHOUSE x CTEMF will swop beachside locations for the expansive indoor-outdoor spaces of the DHL Stadium concourse with Moodymann on the main stage. This long-awaited debut is set to be a defining moment for South African electronic music lovers.
