Oskido’s ‘Big Day Out’ Returns For Second Edition – Following the massive success of last year’s sold-out event, Oskido is excited to officially announce the return of his lifestyle festival BIG DAY OUT. The second edition is set to take place in November.
Back with more beats, more flavour and even more vibe, BIG DAY OUT 2025 promises to build on last year’s unforgettable experience. Once again bringing together the best of SA music, food and of course culture.
Set in the heart of Johannesburg, the festival will be a vibrant fusion of heritage and modernity. Showcasing legendary artists, the hottest current acts paired with a culinary lineup as rich and diverse as the sounds on stage.
The overwhelming response to the 2024 edition saw thousands relive the golden era of kwaito and dance to decades of house hits! Oskido will again focus on the nostalgic magic of yesteryear. Turning up the volume on new school flair.
Festival Goers can expect an immersive lifestyle experience! This, complete with deliciously curated food zones, interactive installations and show-stopping performances. Expect some of the country’s most iconic artists as well as some newer young talent.
