From A Farm In Sierra Leone to Fashion Runways, Bockarie Kargbo Is Turning Dreams In to Reality

Hailing from Sierra Leone, West Africa, growing up learning the less glamorous life of farming, to gracing Fashion Runways – Bockarie Kargbo is re-writing the script and creating the life he dreamed of! Not just eye candy, but a man with personal values and career goals, Bockarie is proving to be quite the mover and shaker to keep your eye on.

Bockarie knew from a young age that he was destined for greater things, through art he found his comfort, through his dreams he pushed forward to flip the script!

His dream is built on specific goals and a plan, with the will to do the work – he strives to become a successful actor and eventually create a beautifully balanced and happy family. His ambitions include graduating with a bachelor degree in art and a master’s in business administration from AMDA. When Bockarie isn’t modeling or acting, you will find him mountain biking, meditating, or coaching Tennis, acknowledging the phrase “Healthy body, health mind”. He is currently signed with the prestigious 33 & Me Talent Agency.

This multi-faceted model is passionate about sports, exercise and also concerns himself with important issues such as mental health, understanding how this affects himself and others. Dedicated to uplifting and inspiring others, he focuses on simplicity, with his personal experience and achievements being a story of hope that shines through him and through his outgoing yet humble personality.

Bockarie’s experience in the industry thus far has included several TV appearances in commercials such as VISA, GLO cell, and GoTV.

Continuing his climb to success, 2021 saw Bockarie achieving new heights by winning “Best Male Model” at the International Arts Talent Showcase (IATS). His sterling performance earned him a scholarship worth $60 000 from AMDA which is the largest performing arts College in the world!

Bockarie is now preparing for his big break in the U.S as he has been offered the opportunity to be seen by International celebrities such as Rhavynn Drummer – Senior Executive Casting Director for Tyler Perry Studios, Joey Hunter– Former President of Ford Models for the past 30 years, and The IMTA board member, Aviva Skall, Vice President of MMG Models.

Also included on the panel, Talent and Celebrity, Blaze Johnson from the Voice America, Nate Butler – Singer, songwriter Music Producer, A&R for America’s Got Talent, X-Factor USA, and ‘Kids says the Darnest things America , The Head Of Global Brand Design for Netflix, as well as J. Always remembering his roots, Bockarie’s plans include paying his blessings forward by helping other talented children from Sierra Leone to reach their full destiny and showing them that anything is possible with a dream and a plan!
