Cacau is back on Telemundo

Long-buried secrets rise to the surface when Cacau returns with season 2 premiering on Monday 4 May on Telemundo (DStv 118), with new episodes every night at 10 PM until the season finale on 8 August 2026.

As tensions rise and unanswered questions multiply, no truth stays hidden for long. After Justino’s death, Simone intensifies her ruthless battle for his inheritance. Forging dangerous alliances and hiding a past filled with secrets. As suspicion closes in, every move becomes a risk. Cornered and desperate to protect her fortune, she plots against her enemies to prevent them from exposing her lies and fabricated identity.

Determined to eliminate anyone who stands in her way, she joins forces with Marco to tear Tiago and Cacau apart. Meanwhile, Cacau tries to uncover the truth about Marquinho’s paternity. This triggers painful revelations and a chain of rising conflicts. Caught between forgiveness and heartbreak, she is forced to confront both her past and her future. Will Cacau and Tiago’s love be strong enough to withstand all the greed and betrayal surrounding them? Will Simone’s deadly schemes ultimately prevail?

Cacau stars Matilde Reymão and José Condessa alongside Alexandra Lencastre, Carolina Amaral, Paulo Pires, Inêz Castel-Branco, Fernanda Serrano, Diogo Amaral and Vítor Britto. 

Cacau is a TVI and Plural Entertainment production, internationally distributed by Onza Distribution. Written by Maria João Costa alongside Edu Araújo and Rui Nuno Vaz Tomé, the series is directed by Edgar Miranda, Ricardo Carreira, Rafael Rahal and Letícia Veiga. Ana Almeida executively produces.
