Pretoria based singer/songwriter Miloh Ramai releases his supernatural single ‘The Stranger’
No stranger to our pages, Pretoria based singer/songwriter, Miloh Ramai drops his latest single today. An upbeat electronic Dance/pop track called ‘The stranger’ produced by Jozi based Sloani (Sloan Solomons) from David Gresham Entertainment Group
The song is the fifth single from Miloh’s upcoming debut album, ‘Alpha.’
Says Miloh of the song: “We tried to fuse solid electronic drops with contrasting acoustic driven verses to give off a confusing vibe and it came out better than I expected.”
‘The Stranger’ covers a one-sided conversation between Miloh and an unknown entity that haunts him when he sleeps at night, constantly watching over him. Suspecting the ghostly intruder has less than friendly intentions he confronts it, seeking answers to his questions which he never seems to get. The ghost’s intentions remain unknown to him even after his questioning. ..
The uninvited spectre doesn’t leave…and this leaves the outcome of the story unknown….like all the best ghost stories do…

I love how the song comes alive with a familiar hint of synth-pop Erasure vibes, picking up the tempo to get you in that party mood even with the supernatural storyline – It’s Totally danceable!
Coming a long way since his childhood days singing in the school choir and studying Music Technology at Emendy Multimedia in Hatfield, Miloh has aspired to perfect his song writing and production skills with the goal of achieving a better understanding of music.
‘The Stranger’ clearly shows Miloh’s accomplished versatility as an artist when one compares to his earlier singles such as ‘Sober’ and ‘Secret’, two slower paced pop ballads of a more personal nature.
Miloh started working on his debut album in the beginning of 2019 and thus far promises to be a winner with his already established following.
We can’t wait for the next single….or the release of Miloh’s debut album ‘Alpha’ – whichever comes first!
