Eastgate Serves Up A Sweet Easter. – This Easter, Eastgate shopping centre is inviting families to indulge in a delightful experience. The Scoop Shop is a celebratory activation in the centre’s Strelitzia Court from Tuesday 15 to Monday 21 April 2025. Open daily from 10am to 6pm, the uniquely themed space will offer a mix of sweet treats and interactive fun for all ages.
Bringing Easter magic to life, The Scoop Shop will serve up delicious soft serve ice creams. This includes exclusive bunny-themed toppings in a playful and immersive setting. The activation will also feature family-friendly activities. Face painting, arts and crafts, a reading corner with Exclusive Books, and Build-a-Bunny experiences with Toy Kingdom and Build-a-Bear.
“We can’t wait to create a space where families can celebrate Easter with moments of joy, creativity, and indulgence,” says Saadiyah Kahn, General Manager at Eastgate Shopping Centre. “With The Scoop Shop, we’re blending the magic of Easter with the delight of personalising one’s ice cream, which is always a treat. We look forward to hosting visitors of all ages.”
The experience costs R50 per person. This includes one soft serve ice cream with three toppings as well as access to all of the other exciting activities. The Build-a-Bunny experience comes at an additional cost, depending on the plush selected.
