Alley, KLA and Justin Chalice invite you to ‘Come Over’ with their feel-good Summer single

Alley, KLA and Justin Chalice collaborate on the powerful new single ‘Come Over’ – out today across all digital platforms.

Port Elizabeth-based Producer and DJ, Alley, brings together two of SA’s most-talented singers as KLA and Justin Chalice join vocal forces on the brand-new single ‘Come Over’

“I’ve always wanted to work with Justin Chalice as well as KLA, so I created this beat and I just thought that the two of them together on this track would be magical! And I couldn’t be happier with the outcome,” reminisces Alley on how the collab came about.

2020 has been a trying year, but Alley’s always been an optimist and has a wonderful energy in how he approaches life and the positive way with which he does it. He brings this to his music, creating ‘Come Over’ as a single to lift the spirits all around and give fans a song to embrace life too.

He delves into the single further, saying “I was going for a feel good catchy kind of vibe, because you know due to this pandemic etc. we all feel down and alone sometimes and I wanted to create something that would give you a feel-good feeling. I came up with this melody in my head and I went in studio and recorded it. I thought it sounded great and the rest was history.”

‘Come Over’ also brings a beautiful melodic balance with a beautiful female and male vocal collab on the track.

Asking Justin what the song is about for him behind the lyrics, he says “The song is about two people that have had a keen interest in one another, but throughout their period of friendship, one or the other was involved in a relationship.

The song takes place at a time where both parties have both recently ended their relationships, and they chose to finally vocalize/explore their feelings for each other.”

The single was recorded and produced by Alley, who created the song in his studio in PE, and KLA and Justin recorded their vocals in a studio in Johannesburg where they are both based.

KLA loved working with Alley and Justin on the single: “Alley had created a fun, summer track with Justin and felt that I would add a refreshing female perspective to the song. I liked the idea and sound and agreed to be a part of the story.”

Heading into a Summer with a catchy upbeat Dance track for the holidays, Alley has a special message to the fans as the last part of 2020 approaches.
