Sheron (born Sharon Sibert) brings over three decades of musical mastery to the track. A consummate multi‑instrumentalist – vocals, guitar, bass, drums and keys – he’s lent his talents to Watershed and Amersham, and shared stages with luminaries such as Dr Victor and Dilana. His rich experience infuses every note of ‘Gurri’ with authenticity and heart.
Sheron adds that “I wanted to capture that universal tug‑of‑war between hesitation and boldness. The melody had to be uplifting and infectious, but the lyrics needed to tell the story of our inner dialogue. Bringing the caricature alter ego into the video was the perfect way to give that inner voice a face. To to remind us of all that sometimes we need to listen to ourselves.”
